Eligibility for Refunds

We have a 72hours return policy, which means you have 72hours after receiving your item to request a return.

Refunds are only applicable for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-Refundable Items
- Returns due to size issues or change of mind are not eligible for refunds, but we do offer exchanges (subject to availability).
- If the tag is removed we may refuse to accept the return.
How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@nukez.in with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

After we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the stated time, contacting us at support@nukez.in.
