At NukeZ, we strive to deliver high-quality streetwear that meets your expectations. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we've got you covered.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • We have a  72hours return policy, which means you have 72hours after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Refunds are only applicable for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Returns due to size issues or change of mind are not eligible for refunds, but we do offer exchanges (subject to availability).
  • If the tag is removed we may refuse to accept the return.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@nukez.in with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

  3. After we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated time, contacting us at support@nukez.in.
